The shrimp plate also uses fresh 70-90 (shrimp per pound) Louisiana white shrimp. We batter and bread our shrimp with our own special recipe that we cook per order. We put approximately 28-30 pieces of shrimp on top of a bed of fries, also comes with a side salad, tarter sauce, a slice of po-boy bread, and a drink.
Oyster Plate
We carry oyster year round fresh from Louisiana’s fresh water marshes. Oyster is a seasonal seafood and such that it size varies. depending on the size that we receive, which is usually no smaller than the size of a poker chip, we serve approximately 12-14 pieces of oyster. Also served on a bed of fries, with a side salad, tarter sauce, a slice of po-boy bread, and a drink.
Catfish Plate
Another catch from our beautiful Louisiana waters is our catfish. We receive the catfish 2-3 oz filets. Then we cut them in to even strips to be battered and breaded in our one of a kind recipe and cook to order. We serve approximately 8-9 strips on a bed of fries, with a side salad, tarter sauce, and a slice of po-boy bread, and a drink.
Seafood Combination Plate
The combination plate has our great fried shrimp, catfish, and oysters. We put approximately 10 shrimp, 4 strips of catfish, and 4 oysters. These seafood are also served on a bed fries, with a side salad with your choice of salad dressing, tarter sauce, a slice of po-boy bread, and a drink.
